Born and raised by the Detroit River and living near water in Michigan all his life, Rob has a passion for the boating industry. He has captained and maintained more than a couple handful of boats from dinghies to cruisers. In the off-season, he loves to travel to the southern states and pursue the salty lifestyle.

His mechanical aptitude helps him focus on discussions with detail, and then balances it all with a sense of humor and winning personality. He is also pretty much a chef in street clothing and enjoys great cocktails, conversations, and fine cigars.
